Today we started with worship led by Pastor Sandra! Then Joel Vijay was the chairman for the day and we then watched an awesome ActsTV staring Jeffrey and Jason ! Then we had tithes & offerings and Alvin Khoo told his testimony about how God pulled him through his major Law exams and he passed all of them!
Then we had Pastor Alex preach the word about
TRIALS AND TESTING
There are are 3 kinds of reactions from trials and testings
1) We become weak and give up
2) We put a wall / boundary around us
3) What was within us affected the people around us
- Revelation 2:10 ; James 1:2 ; 2 Thess 3:5 ; 1 Cor 10:13
- People naturally want things instantly
- Lif is made up of stages and levels
- We're not only defined by tests but we're refined by it
- We become moldable/shapeable after going through tests
- Testing produces patience, constancy and endurance
- The next time we face tests, try have cheerful endurance
- Nike = overcome = victory
After that we had Huddle Lite as usual and we had Chipsmore! Together with Chocolate Love Letters and Sarsi+mango = sago! ( yes that was the mysterious looking drink)
