Some exciting stuff ahead that you shouldn't miss... at all costs!
That's right... we're going to Zoo Negara! Sometimes, it's good to get
back to nature, and take a break from the usual sights and sounds.
We're going to do our best to make it for the feeding time at the Zoo.
When the animals come out to eat, it gets pretty interesting! We'll top
off the whole Zoo experience with our own feeding time! KFC, anyone?
Oh, lunch is on your own, ok? :)
After lunch we're heading to the FCT Youth Service in Tmn Mayang. Our
very own Ps. Andy Yeoh will be speaking there. Let's give our best to
God in worship and in receiving God's word with our brothers and sisters
in FCT Youth, ya!?

This is probably the BIGGEST event for Teenacity thus far! Over 250
teens expected to be at the RELENTLESS TEENACITY CAMP 07! Participation
is coming from 8 to 9 schools in Subang Jaya alone, plus teens from
various parts of Malaysia like Muar, Seremban, Melaka, etc.! It's going
to be one blast of a camp and you sure don't wanna miss this!
Rev. Chris Long and Ps. Andy Yeoh will be our camp speakers. There'll
also be lots of other cool stuff... crazy games, mad competitions, wacky
activities, psycho friends, and much much more!

Get your parents to RSVP by April 28. We hope to meet up with the
dads and moms and discuss how we can be more effective as a
teens ministry, and how we can serve both you and your parents
better! Hope to see as many of your papas and mamas as possible!

So, what’s the special surprise that awaited us in Teenacity last Saturday?
‘ONE-ted’ was IN THE HOUSE!!
The quintet, which is wanted for a reward of $10 000, performed 3 songs for us for Teenacity’s pre-easter service. They rock! And so did Mun Teng, who chaired last week’s service and Joannah, who did tithes and offering. Ps. Andy also shared about ‘our worth’. Read on to know what it’s all about.
Ever felt like there’s no one in the world who cares about your existence? Ever wondered if YOU matter? Well, here’s the good news. Yes, someone does love and care about you very much. He is none other than God.
How do we know God loves us? He created us out of love. The Bible says He finds delight in all that we are and rejoices over us (Zephaniah 3:17). We are God’s masterpieces, made in His own image (Genesis 1:27), and He loves us – not just with any other ordinary love, but with an everlasting love! (Jeremiah 31:3)
Need more conviction?
We all know the familiar scripture in John 3:16 “For God so love the world that He gave his one and only son”. God sees you as someone worthy to die for. He gave us His best, His all, His one and only begotten Son. If there was a price tag on you, it would read “paid with the blood of Christ”. Because you, yes YOU, are worth more than all the riches of this world!
So the next time someone says something unkind about you, don’t look down and feel discouraged. Instead, tell them that you are worth the cross. But remember that Jesus died for your friends too, so treat them with love and respect. And don't forget to tell them about the awesome God who loves you and them too!
