Okay! Teenacity was once again today! First of all we had pre-service prayer of course and then after that we had hospitality which we had pizza and some grape mixture gassy drink o.o. It was nice anyway =) The chairman for today was...

Today epic went to a whole new level !! Now onwards girls vs the guys and win points for their team which will be accumulated till the end of the year ! and there will be a big prize! But!!! For those who win that game for that day will get to have a lucky draw which contains many prizes including a 7.2 megapixel camera!! and I'm SO NOT JOKING. i saw it with my own 2 eyes :O

And by the way!! If there is a new guy or girl new comer, the group earns 10 points !! So there for, since today we had a new girl named Shall-Reign (yes I know her name is super cool!) brought by Tze Lin.

Then Pastor Andy announced about the launching of Homes! There are 5 houses altogether which is in ss14,usj12,Puchong,Kota Kemuning or Damansara! So come on and join one closest to YOU !
Every friday on the 2nd week of the month, Homes will be on. on the 4th or 5th week in every 2 months we will have a Party or an outing or just have FUN! If you can't remember just remember that all the EVEN numbered months we'll have an outing! And guess what? Next week we'll be having a homes outing! Each home will be going out and have fun like go to watch a movie? bowling? eat? So come on and invite your friends !!
Then, it was message time and Pastor Andy spoke about " Do you know who you are? " He did it based on 1 Samuel 17 about David and Goliath. God really wants to do something in this generation and we're not Generation X, we're generation NEXT!! Everyone (yes even you!) has a purpose in life and we have been called to do something which only YOU alone can do.
And you know what? The devil is AFRAID of us!! God has called us to be extraordinary and none of us are mediocre. Is God mediocre? I think not ! He is awesome, special, great and so much more ! Each and everyone of us are special in God's eyes and we're special when we accept Jesus as our Lord =). And we can't be lukewarm. We can either be hot and on fire for God or not! and of course we need to be who God has called us to be. That was just a very quick summary of what Pastor Andy spoke and that was only ONE point of his whole message, wanna know more? Come NEXT week for more!!
After message was over, we had huddle max! But then we gathered in our home groups instead and had dinner while talking with our home members. So remember that next Friday we'll be having our home outings ! HOPE to see you there!!!

Sorry for the very late update. I forgot I'm supposed to update the Teenacity blog. Forgive me!
Anyways, here's what happened during Teenacity Revolution Party.
Before 7pm, people already started to come and they then registered and were tagged by either black or white wristbands given by Yong Pin and more. After that, the first game they had to play was a maze which was already there. 2 people from both teams were supposed to play at one time. 1 person would be blindfolded and the other would guide him/her. But since it took quite a long time, sooner or later the game was canceled and they just ran through the maze.
Then they would have reached the games and refreshments area
These were a PART of the refreshments !! wonderfully prepared by Joben and team.
During the refreshments, other mini stall games would be running like for example,
"wanna fight?"
1 person from each team would stand on one chair each wearing a bucket on their heads and their aim would be to whack the other person till their bucket falls off. Due to very very aggressive guys one bucket broke and the stick actually broke in half -.-''. But the game still continued!
and there was also the "melt the ice" game. Each team would have a huge block of ice which they would have to melt and ANYONE could try and melt it. and in the end, White team melted it first and won 500 points!
Then the main game was "where is the love?" there were 85 hearts hidden all over church and there were 3 colours: blue,pink and red (from the most points to the least) There were also 7 special committee hearts: purple colour. Each committee member would have one heart each which was Darren,Audrey,Jeremy,Ken-Ji,Keith,Justina and Wern Nie. The goal was to go around finding the committee and if you do, they would ask you a riddle and you would have to answer it
One of them was :
What has 7 letters, is greater than God, is more evil than Satan, starts with a N and ends with a G? Know the answer?
The answer is : NOTHING =)
Then after the games ended, Bus Company performed

After that, Actstream went on led by Philip! They sang Shine, Found in You, Tell the World and much more. Then Pastor Kenneth came and gave an awesome message which was about Revolution of course. Before he ended, he showed many slides of the statistics of teenagers in Malaysia. For example, did you know that every day 50 people start smoking!?? Many responded to the altar call and 7 people accepted Christ!
And then..Actstream came back on for 2 more songs and then it was prize giving time!!
It was time for the iPod prize to be given out to the person who brought the most friends..Philip was announcing the names of the friends the person brought.. altogether there were 15 friends and the person who won was Audrey =).
This was the iPod nano,silver 4gig!
The owner is really really loving it by the way :D
Then Black team were the winning team of the day and they were only 2 points ahead! each of them won a Revolution badge each! Soon everyone packed up,cleaned up and went home!
Alvin Keng's bday was today !!! Pr. Andy gave him a huge bag full of junkfood !
After that, the leftover decorations were all thrown away except...
