Before you do any woohoo, watch out for TN3. We had another awesome Homes too. The attendance was 8 people. There was Siau Ying, Amanda, Avryl, Vanessa, Elaine and Eilene, Jared and Darren. Who say you can't have fun with lesser people?!
First we had ice-breaker done by Jared. This game was called *drum roll* Elemental Control! I believe most of you know that there are 4 elements in this world, so for this game, each element represents something:
Water - Creatures living in the water
Fire - Insects
Air - Flying creatures excluding insects and birds that can't fly
Earth - Everything that lives on land
It starts by 1 person will point at another person. The person who points have to say 1 of the elements have count 15 counts. And the person that is pointed have to say an animal that represents the element. And here we go. I can't really say the whole process, but there are some funny parts. First, when Amanda was pointed to water, she actually said dragonfly, and we started wondering. Next was Eilene who said elephant when she was also pointed to water, we were like "HUH?! Elephant live in water?! Ohhh bathing bathing!!" The game was fun and rather challenging, we have to think really fast.
Next up, we had Praise and Worship done by our own Darren Soh. We were supposed to have a guitarist but he didn't come. We sang Lord I Life Your Name on High and This Is My Desire. We did communion after that, led by Darren.
After that, we had discussion time led by Siau Ying. We discussed about the message "Naked & Unashamed", we were challenged to take off our mask and start being real with God because hiding away will separate us from God. Then, each of us started sharing stuff we did that makes us put on a mask. I believe everyone felt better after opening up and stop hiding everything. After sharing, we prayed for those who need prayer request.
Then we had 2 large pizza placed in front of us jsut for us to savour. Drinks were 7Up. This wonderful meal you're hearing is brought by Amanda and Avryl. We ended around 10.30pm and of course everyone knows, we went back.
